By Jeff Amy and Russ Bynum | Associated PressA Georgia man shot two of his relatives and a fast food worker dead before killing himself on Thursday in rural south Georgia, the local coroner said.The shooter killed his mother and grandmother at two neighboring homes and killed a woman at a McDonald’s restaurant in downtown Moultrie, Colquitt County Coroner C. Verlyn Brock told The Associated Press. He said the gunman then shot himself.Brock did not provide the identities of the shooter or the victims. He said he did not know whether the gunman and the McDonald’s worker knew each other.The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a statement only that there had been “multiple fatalities” at different crime scenes in the area. (KTXL) — Davis Police and Davis city officials announced that they will be holding a news conference Thursday at 2 p.m., to provide an update on the investigation into three stabbings that occurred over the past week and have left two men dead and one woman injured. •The news conference will be livestreamed at the top of this article. Police announced on Facebook that the department "continues to have a person detained in connection" with the stabbings. Officers detained the person Wednesday afternoon around 5 p.m. near Sycamore Park, the site where the second stabbing occurred. That night, 50-year-old David Henry Breaux, known as the "Compassion Guy," was killed in Central Park.
